If you think you are good then you can be better and if you think you are better then you can be best. All you have to do is keep trying for self improvement. Self improvement will help you and will make your life easy and will boost your confidence too.

1. Be Fearless:

If you fear of speaking in public or if you have fear of things getting messed up or if you have fear of taking risks , all of your fears will never let you change and you will stay same all your life without any self improvement.

So you should overcome your fears. You should know that the thing or the area you fear needs more attention and work , so you should work on these areas and overcome those fears if you want self development.


2. Work more on your skills:

If you play games then you must know that you have to work on your skills so you get more stronger in that particular skill, 

Same goes in real life if you have a skill which you are good at and have confidence in it then practice it more and more and enhance your skill and level up your skill as much as you can.

For example if you are good at drawing then practice it more and more , the more better you get at it the more confident you will be.


3. Surround yourself with positive people:

Always surround yourself with people who are positive minded and are there to motivate you.

Ignore the negative people and don't listen to them , just not pretend but in reality do not care and just ignore them.

Focus on what you are doing and shut there mouths when you are done and leave them mouth opened with your great results.

Focusing on negative people will only demotivate you however people who motivate you are a big cause of your self improvement and you should listen to their advice too.


4. Deal with Difficult People:

Sometimes we come across difficult people whether it is at work or in class or in your family.

Learn to deal with people like this and do not make them a headache for yourself. Listen to what they are saying and if you like it then appreciate them if you do not like it avoid arguing with them.


5. Learn and Play Chess:

If you are not good at making strategy then you should learn and play chess.

Chess is an amazing game with amazing rules. In this game you have to use different strategy for every move , and it will ultimately increase you brainpower.

This game is fun to play too and on top of that you can also exercise you analytical skills.


6. Avoid Social Media Apps:

These days we spend so much time on social media apps which gets us nothing. Of course we watch memes or watch our favorite series or talk to favorite people.

But you should not spend too much time on social media apps keep it as minimum as you can. Instead of wasting time on social media learn a new skill or get a new hobby if you want yo improve yourself.


7. Don't think about past:

If you came across so unfortunate circumstances or grievance then let go of it.

If you keep thinking about your past then youcan never improve yourself. Past is gone , you can not change it but you can change your future.

You can change your future only if you work hard in present so stop thinking about your past and focus on future if you want self improvement.


8. Get active:

Do not be a lazy person , if you can do something today then do it today don't leave it for future because we do not know what the future holds.

If you leave it for future you may regret it but if you can do it today then you won't regret it. If you find a good opportunity just do it do not wait for best because you may not find the best in future and if you do you are still in profit because of good opportunity.

So leave your bed and get active and get in to action if you want to improve yourself and wabt self development.


9. Be kind to yourself and others too:

Be kind to other people , help them if you can or atleast try to say nice words to them. Don't be angry on them if they make a mistake and approach them nicely and calmly.

Show same treatment for yourself too. Do not pressurise yourself and do not take unnecessary stress. Take a break and relax your muscles and brain. In this way your brain will work more efficiently after that small rest.

Try not to do everything in perfection abd try to stay happy even with little progress. Do things step by step and with discipline and properly. Do not rush and be patient.


10. Stay Healthy:

The most important thing for self improvement is your health. You should be healthy do that your brain and body can work properly.

Avoid junk food and eat healthy and beneficial foods like fruits and vegetables. Go to gym regularly and fo exercise regularly so that your muscle's strength increases and your body stays fit and active.

Stay hydrated and while doing something take a break and drink some water and take some breaths so that your mind can relax.
