 Being successful in a task is not the only thing you need. You should be happy and satisfied with your result too. After the completion of task you should be proud of yourself too irrespective of the result. You should be anxiety free and your stress should have been relieved.

1. Believe in yourself, but know your limitations:


If you have a goal in your life and you want to accomplish it then the first thing you should do is Believe in yourself. No matter how hard and difficult it is do not doubt yourself. But you should also know that you can not do everything in this world.


You are not perfect and no human being on this planet is perfect , you can only try. However your goals must be realistic and you should not put too much pressure on yourself that you get in to depression.


So try to have simple goals which have simple and easy procedures. If your goals are something which you can achieve without taking much stress then don't stop keep trying and trying until you achieve your goal.


2. Use things moderately:

Always do things in moderation. Do not go to extremes. Try to have limits and say to yourself that it is enough.

Don't go too much deep in things and do not stress them too much. Life by rule of moderation. Do not spend too much and akways spend less than you earn.

By keeping things in moderation your life will become easy for you and will be stress free.


3. Know that everything is temporary:

Sometimes you are feeling sad and sometimes it is complete opposite of that. You should know that everything in this world is temporary. You can not be always happy or sad.

Always know that this will pass too , wait for healthy life when you are sick , beware of illness when you are healthy. Nothing in this life is permanent.

Believe that everything will be okay and time heals everything and it teaches you how to deal with things. 


4. Treat them how they want to be:

Treat people how they want to be treated. For example imagine you are not a person who does not calls people on phone and you do not call your friend becayse you think your friend feels same as you which can be wrong thinking.

Change yourself for sometime for others, and change your ways of doing things for others. Be generous and do things which are nuce for others and will make them happy.


5. Be Positive:

Do not get in to negative thoughts. Do not doubt yourself. Do not think you are loser.

Try your best and then do not think about the result. Even if the result is messed up only think that you did your best and that's enough.

You can not control everything and things might not go in the same ways how you want them , all you can do is have positive mindset.

Have a positive look on your life and be optimistic, it will make your life easy.


6. Be Grateful:

Always be grateful of all the blessings Allah has bestowed upon you. Be grateful of all the times He helped you and took you out of the harm's way.

When you will think about your essings and will be grateful about it , it will give you a feeling of satisfaction and you will be satisfied and happy with your life.


7. Remember your achievements:

When you fail in doing something or you fail in achieving your goal and are unable to do it again.

Do not let it make you feel like a loser. Do not feel sad or be depressed. Think about all the goals you achieved in your life or think about all the achievements you did in your life. Think about all the moments that mamade you happy and be grateful about them.

By doing so it will definitely make your life easy.


8. You can not get everything at the same time:

If you try and have realistic goals you can have them all but not at the same time.

Everything takes time to be completed. You need to be patient and work hard. Do not stress too much about things.

Your body and brains needs care and time too. So relax for sometime too so that your body can work properly and your brain can think of more things too. Take some time off , things can wait. 


9. You can either fix it or deal with it:

If you have a problem in your life , stop having head aches because of it. You can do one of two things , you can either fix it or you can deal with it.

If you have solution for a problem to fix it then do everything you can to fix it and make it normal.

If you can not fix it than just deal with it and be patient until the hard times are over. Do not be too much sensitive and do not take too much stress.


10. Don't be a Perfectionist:

Not everything can be perfect , some are 100 percet perfect but some have flaws too but still are okay.

Try to not want everything in perfect state , deal with flaws toi and don't stress tgem too much because they are part of life. 

Learn from your mistakes but if something is working properly abd have some minor flaws, don't take risk of fixing thise flaws becayse you might end up with messing everything, so it's better to live a simple life because it is perfect if you are happy and relaxed.
